This "Build your Export Business" Workshop is the most comprehensive Fashion Brand workshop to set up and grow your export sales in Europe, the USA and beyond.
The workshop will be tailor made to YOUR Brand and this is why we will not exceed 10 people in the room.
Building your Fashion Brand is directly linked to your ability to grow it at export. We will of course discuss how to find the right buyers and get them to place orders (and pay!), how to choose and prepare for the right trade shows, how to work with agents and distributors as well as ensuring you have the right vision, strategy, action plan and team to deliver the goals you have set up. PREPARATION - We welcome your questions
We will submit a questionnaire and expect a list of questions, opportunities and challenges you have to grow your export business before the event date.
We will ensure to bring you answers, solutions, processes and logic to help you. It may be delivered before the workshop day, during or after in the form of articles, videos, check lists or other forms to fit purpose.
