GFM is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We will not disclose information about our clients to third parties except where it is a necessary part of providing a service to you - e.g. Arranging for a product to be sent to you. Your personal data will be used to provide the information, goods and sevices offered through our website to you for billing and order fulfillment.

If you have purchased from our store, subscribed to one of our newsletters, requested content, a reply or advice , entered any of our competitions, or advised us of your e-mail address, post & telephone we may occasionally update you on news and special opportunities via e-mail, post & telephone. Data is collected using a web analysis tool using cookies that are used to generate pseudonyms for user profiles.

Communication & Marketing
By becoming a customer of GFM and providing GFM with your email, postal address, telephone number you consent to receive communication from us about our latest products and special offers which we think may be of interest to you  The information may also be used to notify you of products and services of third parties, which may be of interest to you.  This information will however be forwarded by GFM and not by a third party. Customers have the right to information about their stored personal data and right to correction, blocking and deletion of that data.

Email Marketing
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). When writing to us or leaving us your email, we will assume you are using your professional email unless indicated differently even if the email comes from a hotmail, yahoo, gmail or equivalent address.
As part of our marketing effort, we connect with companies as we identify new upcoming Brands or Retailers as well as companies we believe could benefit from a collaboration. It can also be the results of us visiting trade shows or other similar events including you connecting with us/ the founder through social media. You can ask us to stop any exchange at any time.

Opting out of Communication
All GFM customers have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us. If you do not wish to receive marketing (emails, postal, telephone) from us, we recommend you contact us by e-mail or via telephone.

Checking your details
If you wish to verify the details you have submitted to GFM you may do so by contacting us via the e-mail address, telephone number or address given below. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we reveal information. This proof of identity will take the form of your e-mail address and password submitted upon registration. We would strongly recommend that you do not use the browser's password memory function as that would permit other people using your terminal to access your personal information - write it down and keep it somewhere safe.

What are Cookies?
A cookie is a small information file that is sent to your computer and is stored on your hard drive.
